Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

What procedures do I need to follow as a tenant on a property that is to be foreclosed on under the Helping Families Keep Their Homes Act 2009? I understand that I have at least 90 days to evacuate but until the lease expires if this home is not the primary of the new owners. The current mortgage holder, a bank, won't talk with me. I've got a years lease that is up in 9 months and I've always paid on time. I believe that the new owners have to honor my lease at my current rent to be paid to them and for the duration of my lease.?.?.?? Who do I go to now or do I need to wait until it's sold on the court steps??? I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.

No one can or will do anything, as your current landlord is the owner. After the foreclosure sale, you will no doubt be contacted by the appropriate representative of the new owner. You can't go to that person now, because there is no new owner now.
