Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

seller lying on sell description
I purchased a house Sept. 2006 and in the real estate paperwork it had down the ac/heater system has been new within the past 2 years now 2 months later we called in a a/c & heater company and they told us that the heater is no good and will not last long and it wont work to well in weather below 36 degrees, the blower is not worth fixing, is there anything i can do to make the seller come good since he stated on the real estate paperwork that is was new about 2 years ago. we had the a/c serviced about 1 month after we moved in. Please help.

You failed to stated whether or not the system was around 2 years old, or how old it is.
