Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I share a driveway with a neighbor (he owns the land). I am trying to sell my property in Georgia (I live in another state). My neighbor spray painted "Right of Way - No Parking" in bright orange letters across the driveway and has called my realtor numerous times telling him he needs to tell potential buyers where the property lines are. I am losing potential buyers because of this (based on realtor comments we have received). Do I have any legal options available to me as I have dropped the price of the property partially based on this and it is impacting my ability to sell? Could this be considered a Public or Private Nuisance?

Nope. The issue will be whether you have an easement. You will need a lawyer. You may end up having to sue the neighbor, or if you do not have an easement may have to build a driveway.
