Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have a storage shed for sale on consignment at a Shed dealers lot. I had a lady contact me wanting to purchase it. She didnt have all the money so i agreed for her to make payments untill she got her settlement to pay the remaining balance. She made three seperate $200 payments. On every receipt I gave her had the total payoff due and payoff date we agreed upon. She contacted me and said she had the remaining balance, and she was going to go inspect the shed. Now she is saying she doesnt want it and it wasnt what she expected. She wants her money back. I could of sold this thing numerous times by now. I just want it gone. what can I do? Also her payoff date was on 11-15-15.

If your primary goal is to get rid of it, sell it to someone else and then give her her money back. Or you can sue her, but you would only have damages if you can't sell the shed or if you have to sell it for less.
