Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
If a subdivision has covenants but no official board or Archecturial committee was formed and that is who the covenants state should be approving building plans, who approves the plans? Or does this mean that you don't have to get plans approved?

This means you have a huge mess, and before you do anything major, you need to see your lawyer to review those covenants.
