Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

My high school sells parking permits like most schools. Due to constructions, some have been blocked off. I was given a ticket for parking in an ‘undesignated area.’ (I just pulled up next to the last car so I could go to school). I don’t have a first block or fourth block at the high school. I was never informed of where to park once the construction started. The school parking contract says “When all these spaces are sold there are NO MORE available. First come basis.” Is this legal? I plan to try to challenge the ticket and I’ve been trying to figure out if it is legal.

Sure it's legal. The only issue will be whether you properly or improperly parked and since no one here has seen photos etc show those to your lawyer.

You got a ticket from who? The school? They make the rules and when you knew you were parked outside the proper area you should have immediately discussed it with the appropriate person who oversees parking.
