Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My brother left his house as an life estate for his girl friend. In his will it states that unless the house is not lived in for years by her only then would his 2 children get it. I need to know how the state of Georgia see that? Do they have the right to come in and take what ever they want out of the house when she has lived there for 10 years with my brother. Does an life Estate mean that every thing is to remain in the house and on said property until she leaves or dies? his will also stated that all his personal effects go to the children. They are wanting to come in the house and take what ever, but she has also paid and furnished the house as well as my brother.

No way to answer you - I haven't read the will, deeds, etc. The answers are there and in this type dispute I assume the girl friend has a lawyer and that means the children do to. Those lawyers have enough facts to know. It sounds like the children are about to get arrested and jailed for theft, and a lot of legal bills are about to be owed to those lawyers.
