Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My Father passed away in 96 he was survived by 2 brothers and a sister. My Grandfather passed away and a few years later so did my Grandmother. I took my father's place and have received several thousand dollars when my great uncle died. Àfter my grandmother passed I was lied to àbout when the will was read also I have never been àllowed to see the will. There was around 500000 involved I have never seen a penny.I don't know what to do.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your family members.

You can try going to the probate court in the county where your grandmother lived when she passed away, and ask if you can see any records related to her estate. Other than that you’ll have to see a lawyer face-to-face and they can get to the bottom of this for you.
