I hurt my hand in a bad accident at work two years ago.Medically I am done and recieved my disability rating along with the check for the rating. Now Iam seeing a psychiatrist and recieving medication for depression and also for nerve damage in my hand. Adjuster said no more money but what about compensation for psychiatric part of the injury.My psychiatrist says I need the medication for awhile who I have been seeing for a year. Am i elgible for more money? I signed nothing.

If your need to see a psychiatrist is due to the original on-the-job injury, then workers' comp. should be paying for the treatment (including the medications). If the insurer will not agree to pay, you will want to get your psychiatrist to put something in writing indicating the need for care is related to the job accident and then possibly file a hearing request. If you have not settled your claim, there is no time limit on how long the insurer will have to pay for your medical treatment so long as it is still related to the original job injury. Good luck.
