Legal Question in Military Law in Hawaii

Upgrade A Military Discharge.

Hello i was recently given A Other Than Honorable discharge due to drug abuse. I was urine tested and tested clean. i had confested to doing THC in a investigation over a fellow Marine. It was taken to a Board and got a OTH suspended but when it got to CG level is when I was given the Full OTH. Is it worth it to try and upgrade it to a General? I have 2 1/2 years of clean and honorable service before that incident. any help is awsome

1. Unlikely to succeed -- Marine Corps, Drugs -- in the short term.

2. Outside possibility if you've been out 10-12 years, have a clean post-discharge record, have a record of community service, and get a personal appearance.
