hello
does a will have to be probatedan if so what is the time limit. does the will have to be shown to all members of the family.

The custodian of a will has 10 days from learning of the decedent's death to produce the will. The will then becomes public record at the local courthouse. The executor has the duty to notify all beneficiaries.
