Child support

I leave in WA state

About 1 yr ago a summon

was given to me with out knwoing

if the kid is my, I had to ask forpaternity test because they never ask for one i did the test but now she don't want to show for the kids test she has mist to Appointment now. health and wealfare is garnishing my wages for about a 1 yr now. I need to know what can I do at these point she is nower to be found

I am going to have to assume some facts, that the State is the petitioner on behalf of the child, and you and the mother are named as respondents. If she fails to provide a DNA sample, I'd file a motion to compel, get a date certain, then if she fails to get the DNA sample done you have contempt as a remedy and then a basis for summary judgment to dismiss the petition. This is fairly simple to state, but a bit more complicated to do. You should consider consulting with an attorney.
