Quit Claim Deeds

Hello,

My uncle's father is in a nursing home and owns a home in Idaho. Family members are now living in the home since my uncle's father is in the nursing home. Is there any way to have his father sign the deed over to the family so they can own the property? He is using up his assets quickly in the nursing home and doesn't want to mortgage his house to continue to pay for his care.

Your uncle's father's property can be redeeded to any or all of the family members whom he chooses. Contact an attorney who is knowledgeable concerning this type of transaction(real estate or real property law counsel) in the jurisdiction where the property is located.
