There is no statute of limitations on filing a Chapter 7, unless you filed a case and received a discharge in the past 6 years. I am curious as to why you have had to wait for a year. PLease email me or telephone my office to discuss (312) 236-9906.

Very truly yours,

What do you mean? Do you mean that you gave your attorney the data for preparation of a petition, but that the same has not been filed? Do you mean that you had your 341(a) hearing and still have not received the Order of Discharge?? If you live in Du Page or Kane County, Illinois, call me at (630)893-2494. I will attempt to help you figure this out.
