Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

Breaking my commercial lease

how can I break my lease? I have until june 2008 and my buisness is not profitable. My landlord although nice has not been able to complete the drive around parking lot as promised. I strongly believe my buisness has failed due to lack of parking. Can I get out of my lease because failure to supply safe parking for my clients? Please let me knwo asap how I should address this. Thanks

Re: Breaking my commercial lease

You need someone to look at the exact language of the lease. Most leases are written to strongly favor the landlord and it is probably going to be tough to get out of the lease.
