Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
On the Illinois Agreement Not To Compete Form, entry #2, says the agreement will only extend for a radius of a certain number of miles, from the present location of the business of the buyer. How do you state the amount of miles if the business ships globally? On the non-disclosure agreement for Illinois letter c asks for a period of months that the agreement will be good for. What is the maximum amount of months that can entered into that space?

It would require a review of the agreement to which you refer to give you a suggestion. There likely are thousands of agreements not to compete in Illinois.
