Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois

i need some legal advice for my friend who lives in lombarb, chicago. she is a green card holder as she is originally from great britain. her son is currently in juvi in america. she is having to pay $160 to everything. they are on about releasing him on probation but if he breaks his curfue they will put him in a residental treatment home like a apartment which will then cost her over $300 a day. he is 17 and not 18 till august so she has to take legal responsibility. she works with her husband and he wont let her have any of the money for this. she is in a terrible state. could u please give me some advice on where she can go to get some financial help or anythign please !!!!

She needs to voluntarily decide to deal with this situation. She can try a criminal law attorney, a divorce attorney. She can try a youth counselor. She can go to a social service agency. But SHE has to do it. Getting in the middle of a situation like this can't change her mind but could ruin your "friendship" if she's not ready to deal with it.
