Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

About 2 yrs ago I disputed a credit card judgement with the credit bureau, the credit bureau replied that the judgement was valid. Now in 2009, I have received a letter from the credit card company lawyers that they are issuing a citation to my bank and that my bank is to freeze no more than double the amount of the judgement ($1500), the next day I see that my bank accounts is in the negative for ($6000 total) each account is negative $2000. Two of my bank accounts had 0 funds and one account had funds from my umemployment card. I went to the bank with my unemployment card in hand and had funds withdrawn directly from it and deposited into my bank account. I have not had any contact with the credit card company or its lawyer except for the letters they send in the mail. Is there anything I can do to get this judgement and freeze dismissed and thrownout. What can I do?
