What can I do when my bank account is frozen by a creditor?

you should have received a notice of citation to discover assets providing you with information. if not, then your bank has the paperwork. have you been sued by a creditor? do you owe them the amount of the judgment? if you want to discuss further, i can be reached at 312-372-5600.
