Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I have a collection agency that has taken me to court the judge said i must first work with them for some type of agreeable payment plan all i can afford is 30 dollars a month. the collection agency woll not accept any less than 190 dollars per month. i am also currently unemployed.

Tell the judge that you are offering $30 a month at your next court date.

You will want to inform the court that your are unemployed also if your still are.
