i have a past landlord that put a negative issue on my credit report. i won a settlement against this landlord and he put on my credit report that i had a judgement against me ,this is very damadging to my credit and was done very malliciously what can i do

If the landlord put a ding on your credit and you won, you can send the 3 credit reporting companies a copy of the judgment, explain it and they should remove the ding. There are appeal processes for things like this. Good luck!

It is unlikely your landlord did this. Credit reporting companies gleen judgment information from county records. My guess is that the credit reporting company did not look at the judgment carefully enough. If, by some chance your landlord did to this intentionally, he may be liable to any damages you have suffered. In any event, contest the entry with all three bureaus, and send a copy of the judgment as well.
