Is a surving spouse financialy responsible for the credit card debt of their

partner?(not a joint account) but added as an authorized user.these accounts are showing up on my credit report.

Technically no. But until 2007 or so credit reporting agencies could report payment histories on authorized user credit reports and credit reporting agencies will only correct "mistakes", not the past if it is otherwise "correct".

But there isn't enough information here for one other important issue: hopefully you are not continuing to use those cards because they should have been cancelled at time of death if just in the spouse's credit. You may want to get an attorney involved before dealing with that issue if it is one. That usage could change things dramatically.
