what is the worst that could happen if been arrested for indentity theft the arrestee does not have a crminal background?

The worst thing that can happen is that you can go to prison for a number of years.

Not to mention, when you get out, no employer will hire you becuase you A) Have a Felony Conviction, B) The conviction is for a crime of dishonesty.
