Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My 15 yr old step child was charged with a felony and now the probation officer wants my (noncustodial)DOB &employment; info and my 5yr old sons DOB&school;, as well as non custodial father and 17yr old brothers info. Is this legal? Why is it needed?
