Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was arrested in Peoria, Illinois for 1 hit of acid and .2 grams of MDMA while at a music festival. While I have no prior convictions I have 1 previous charge from July of 2015 for similar possession charge. I was unable to get my record expunged before being charged again. I am trying to prepare myself for possible outcomes. I am also employees full time
