Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was arrested but the police didn't have me sign the bond (I was let go without having to pay anything). They gave me this piece of paper with the hearing data and there's a spot where the "defendant's signature" is supposed to go. Is this enough to have this thrown out?
