Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was caught shoptlifting in kohls and i was called by the lp into the store and he asked me what i took and then grabbed my purse and searched it thoroughly and took out few things and then called the cop and the cop gave a citation(green ticket) with no case report and no court appearance required. So what are best options in these situation, so that there is no record of this crime, please help!!

Crimininal charges are not your only problem. They can get a civil judgment against you for $1000.00.
