Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
What are the chances for a juvenile to receive , counseling, etc for a felony?This is A First time offense. The charge is aggravated sexual assault. The Minor has no priors or records and has never been in trouble like this. The Minor Admitted that he participated "inappropriately" But not in "Penetration" as so described on the delinquent acts. Can a deal be made for Counseling or therapy if he has experienced sexual behavior issues?
