Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I am a disabled woman who was wrongfully and intentionally told my daughter was shot and killed. It was texted to me by someone who does not like my daughter, and did it to upset me and my daughter. I had to administer nitroglycerin. The next day, same person sent me text telling me this person was going to kill my daughter. I reported it to police, they said they couldn't do anything M
