Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

The Illinois DCFS said that I was Indicated?

The Illinois DCFS states that as a result of their investigation that I was ''indicated'' for sexual abuse, despite the fact that the ''victim'' has since admitted to making up the story. im not sure what ''indicated'' means.

Also would I still be charged despite the fact that the victim admitted to making the story up, would the state try to convict me without the cooperation of the so called victim.

The act supposedly took place in Florida, the victim was in Chicago at the time of the false report.

The finding of DCSF can be appealed. You should have gotten the procedure with the letter that said you were "indicated." Follow those procedures.
