What will happen if violating probation with a positive drug test ?

The State may file a violation of probation and you could be re-sentenced.

Your probation officer will in all likelihood file a Petition to Revoke your probation and ask the Judge to send you to prison. You do have the right to a hearing and sometimes it is possible for an attorney to negotiate some disposition which will keep you out of prison. You definitely do need to hire an attorney to represent you.
