Sex Offender
How is it determined that a home resides in the 500-1000 feet criteria of a school or playground when it comes to where a registered sex offender is living.

Hello. In my opinion the authorities
rely upon the plat of survey in connection with the individual residence. The penalty for being within this range is great, therefore it is best not to rely upon math. Keeping a distance greater than what is required is a sure win. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
