Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

suppose that a billionaire investment advisor is arrested for defrauding her clients out of millions of dollars should she be released on recognizance, released on bail, denied bail before her trial? why? How do bail issues for white-collar criminals differ from those for violent criminals?

what your chances of receiving bail are will depend on whether you've been charged federally or at the state level.since the federal courts deal with fraud cases on a much larger scale and these cases 10 to go on for long periods of time because of discovery and litigation the federal courts will usually grant to defendants who do not have a criminal background. They will likely ask the defendant to surrender his or her passport but will release them on their own recognizance are on a low fail. In the state court they will generally set a very high bond and Friday can fight their cases from being in custody. Heading is successful lawyer are you on your behalf and state court can convince a quart to release you on a low bun or possibly a recognizance bond but it is much more likely in the federal court system.
