do i have a warrent?

i was wondering that if u are living with someone and they still from u and u went in half on everything but u take all of it can u go to jail?

Personally, I would prefer it if you would use proper English to request respponses from an attorney. Others may not agree with my preference, and, if so, perhaps they will respond to the question "u" posted.

You may not have a warrant now, but if you are holding stolen property, you may be guilty of a felony.
