My wife Is in a lawsuit with a dr. Her and 3 others are on the same lawsuit. Can the dr contact me to be his witness or use me I hurt the credibility of my wife?

Yes, there is a thing called spousal privilege. Talk to your wife's attorney if you are contacted.
