Is it Legal for a public establishment to refuse you entry because you have braided hair or corn rolls ?

My answer tends to be yes. If the restaurant or business has a dress code, just go to another restaurant. If you intended to use the services of a state or federal agency and were denied services, then racial profiling could be suspected.
