If i get a citation for drinking underage and fined in kenosha, Wisconsin but live in Gurnee. IL and I was not caught in a car can my license still be suspended?

Maybe I am a little fuzzy on detals, but sounds like you got an underage t=drinking ticket, not a driving while intoxicated, so just pay fine and you should be fine.
