Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

DUI Warrant
I was pulled over for a dui and reckless driving even though. i didn't hit anything or anyone. Ive never been charged with anything. Anyways,I stopped doing community service and was sentenced back to court. I tried to make a deal that I would have my license revoked and never have to deal with this again. But the state wanted me to spend ten days in jail. At the time I couldn't do it for medical and psychological reasons. So at the court I walked out before appearing in front of the judge, who was handing out sentences like candy. So my question is if I turn myself in how much time will they give me now?

That question cannot be answered with certainty as the court has discretion in its sentencing.
