I am 17 years old and have a son that is 4 months old. My parents are trying to keep my boyfriend/ my sons father out of his life. What can I do? Also. Can I legally move out and not get in trouble?

You can move out but you may not be able to take your son with you without losing custody of him. Its up to the child's father to demand his time with his son. He cannot demand that it be in your parent's home. Are you willing to allow him to take the child and leave to spend time with the child w/o you being present? Child's father may need to contact an attorney to establish visitation and support assuming that he signed a parentage acknowledgment at the time the child was born. Depending on his age and the possibility of criminal charges since you are underage, it is imperative that he talk to a lawyer before proceeding any further.
