Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

attorney fees

My ex was supposed to pay 1500 of my attorney fees in three months. It has been 4 and he has not paid anything. Can I take this back to court and have it deducted from his paycheck on top of the child support that is already being deducted. He is paying over 50% of his net pay already. If not what other recourse do I have to get my money back.

Re: attorney fees

There are two ways to look at it. One, ask the court to force him to pay. A deal is a deal. The other view is "Damn, do you want his blood too!?" This is how the judge will turn it around in his head. Also, maybe one month is not enough to wait, considering the man is living on less than 1/2 his net.
