Name Change

I have been divorced for 13 years. I did not change back to my maiden name, but divorce papers state that I can. Can I still use that judgement to change my name, or do I have to go through the complete name change process?

As long as it's in the Judgment, you likely just need to bring judgment to social security administration and secretary of state to change driver's license and social security card, ect.
