what percent of the non-custodial parents pay be asked for in child support

The current guidelines are as follows:

1 child = 20% of net income, 2 = 28%, 3 = 32%, 4 = 40%, 5 = 45%, 6 or more = 50%

These are, however, guidelines and the court may stray from them.
