Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Is it considered a conflict of interest when a wife files for divorce and the court where she works forr the state's attorney, knows and works with the judges is where the child custody/divorce is being handled.

Not necessarily. It depends on more facts. Lawyers know all the judges. That does not mean a judge cannot hear it.
