Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Currently have court ordered child support from my daughters father. Recently we went to court and I filed paperwork in contempt of his obligation. The judge also documented that he needs to provide insurance information along with policy holders information. He sent me an email after the court date and told me that he is not providing that information to me. What can I do to document this information at the court house. I don't want to wait to months for the next court date to present this as it is for him to show just cause as to why he has not paid child support nor provided insurance for the last seven years.

Sorry - you already filed a motion seeking contempt on that issue. If the court date is months off, filing another motion on the same issue would be improper and possibly subject you to sanctions. Depending on the phrasing of the last order you might seek contempt for violation of that order if he has not complied with that order and seek an early date on that issue, attaching a copy of the email to your motion.
