Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

custody/visitation

my ex and I were never married we have one child together and the youngest one I am not so sure is mine. When we split she would not let me see my son (she was pregnant at the time) I have been married for18 months and she recently married a man 3 days after meeting face to face (internet). I have been limited on the time I get to spend with him and at the request of my parents tried not to push her too hard about it so she could adjust. I accidentally found out about her planned marriage and after finding out it was a military man wanted to get custody and visitation agreement through the courts. She was served with my papers before she got married and opted to marry right away and take the kids. I was able to stop her from leaving then and when we had our first court date, her lawyer showed me the agreement she wanted and we told the judge we would try to work things out amicably and we were given a new court date (by the way she wants me to pay for her attorney and I can't even afford my own)Tuesday the 17th is court but she called me 3 days ago and told me I could not see my son (hearing things from other people I asked if she was in the state and she said no when I asked her where they were she refused to tell me. You stated you have an attorney. The best thing to do is contact that person immediately and give them this information. There are many things that an attorney can do to prevent the mother from doing what she is doing.
