Divorce

I would like to file for divorce. My husband and I have been seperated. Resently my husband has lost his job. I can still request and or receive spousal support? We also ownhouse in which he does not want to give but refuses to repair . He caused most of the damages years ago and now says it my problem because he doesn't live in the house. What can I do?

You need to file. Then a judge can order him to do what you are requesting.
