Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I was divorced 2/13/2014. I did not have a lawyer. I hired a lawyer on 4/28/2014 to try to vacate, as a lot of things were done wrong. this attorney knew at that time that perjury was committed by the attorney of my ex, and that it was done in order to obtain judgement against me. my attorney refused to put this before the court as a reason to vacate in my defense, and instead used other issues that were tied to a 30 day window of time. obviously that didn't work. can I now file a new motion to vacate based on the perjury??? can this be filed in the same court where everything else has happened?? what I have seen says there is no window of time for this, and that the attorney I hired was actually required to bring this to the courts attention?? this is all happening in the state of Illinois.

You get only one bite of the apple. You can not file serial motions to vacate. The court will not cnsider the motion.
