The question is not whether or not they can request you not be allowed around your own children at any given time, but whether or not the court has the authority to grant such a request. Perhaps I did not read your question correctly. Are the children in question yours, or your fiance's? If they are not your children it may make a difference. In that case the court will look to the best interests of the children. If they are your children the court would have to be convinced that you pose some sort of danger to them. I suggest you consult with an attorney about this, or perhaps your fiance should consult with counsel.
