Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If I am filing an uncontested divorce and in the Marital Settlement Agreement there is no dependant children, neither of us is asking for any type of support, we are both going to be responsible for our own debt and there is no division of property do we have to file Disclosure Statements?
