Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi,

I already have a legal council but wanted to ask about this from the public. My wife suddenly decided to leave me because she found another guy and she tried to be nice to me so that she can make me agree upon what she wanted from my end. During this time, I was having a sick mother and who went through surgery and also was in critical condition. I had to travel outside the country to see my mother and also take care of her. My dad also gave me a lot of issues which all stressed me out, and this woman at this time decided that she wanted me sign the papers. Just one day before leaving to travel to see my mother, i was so stressed out and was under so much of duress that I got so upset that I asked her to get the papers so I could sign it. I thought in my mind that she was only wanting the divorce papers, but she also had the parental agreement papers inserted in between that she made me sign it in front of the notary at a bank.

I was so frustrated that with all the difficulty that I was going through, and this woman wanted her divorce and take my child away from me. Now, her attorney has filed this in court and she has been allowed to take the child out of state and the Judge has said that temporary removal until all pleadings are heard. So, I am wanting a really strong case to prove this, that I was not in my right mind when I signed the papers and I actually never even went through the parenting plan and it says that it is final. So, now I am here at the mercy of the Judge and the court system to have my child back and see my child. Please, let me know what can be done.

Thank you in advance
